Well,National Taiwan Normal University has developed just what a parent needs. A device which converts baby cries into adult voice. From this advanced tech parents can now understand why their baby cry and find a way to calm them down.
A promotional video explains: “The system extracts a time-frequency characteristic of the sound and compares it with a database of characteristics corresponding to different cries.
